Operating Theatre

Our operating room is structured in accordance with international standards, patient-oriented service understanding and patient and employee safety principles. Patient and personnel entrance to our operating room are independent from each other, and sterile and semi-sterile areas are separated.

 

In our operating room, which has a usage area of 450 square meters, we have 4 operating rooms, each with an area of approximately 45 square meters. Surgical and anesthesia pendants in our halls are directly connected with our Central Medical Gas System, and all halls have an active gas waste system. The walls, doors and windows of our 2 halls, which are equipped for organ transplantation, are made to be X-ray proof.

 

In addition to our airtight hermetic doors in our operating rooms, the continuity of the fresh air is ensured by laminar current system in these 2 rooms and positive pressure ventilation with hepafilter in the other 2 rooms. Monitor arms that allow access to radiological images in all theaters with PACS. available. In addition, for scientific organizations, we have a videoconference system between our 2 operating rooms and our conference room, and the infrastructure of this system is ready in our other halls. Our system is powered by an uninterrupted power supply in order to ensure continuity and safety in service delivery using high technology products.

 

A safe anesthesia approach has been provided with pre-anesthesia evaluation, preoperative preparation and recovery areas in our operating room, which has anesthesia equipment that can serve 24 hours.
