In our performance system, it is aimed to create a continuous process that coordinates the achievement of the goals of both parties by ensuring coordination between the goals of our institution and the individual goals of the person. In addition, both the degree to which people achieve goals and the display of behavioral characteristics sought in the performance of the work are evaluated.Healthy and objective feedback is provided to our employees through the evaluation of competencies. Another goal is to ensure that our employees are healthy on the career ladder by measuring their performance in a real sense.“Employee Satisfaction Survey” is held twice a year.
