For infection control purposes, live flowers are not permitted in patient rooms.
In accordance with general healthcare guidelines, child visitors are not allowed in patient rooms.
Patient diets are specialized; outside food and beverages must not be brought into the hospital without a physician's approval.
Making noise or engaging in behavior that disrupts peace and order during visits is strictly prohibited. The consumption of tobacco and alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden within hospital grounds.
Entry for patients, patient relatives, and all visitors is provided through the main entrance doors of Block A and Block C between 08:00 and 18:00. At all other times, access is via the Emergency Department entrance. Visits requested for inpatient wards after 23:00 require the approval of the Administrative Manager.
Intensive Care Patients
From Monday through Saturday, between 10:00 and 12:00, the intensive care physician will provide health updates to patient relatives at the entrance of the Intensive Care Unit.
For those unable to attend in-person briefings, updates will be provided via phone between 13:00 and 15:00. Information updates are not provided on Sundays.
In urgent or necessary situations regarding the patient, ICU staff will contact the patient's relative directly.
Visits to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) can be conducted at least twice daily or at times deemed appropriate by the attending physician. Physicians may restrict visits for patients where visitation is deemed medically risky (e.g., intensive care, infectious diseases).
Unless medically contraindicated, one person may stay as a companion with the patient. The nursing staff must be informed during companion substitutions.
Companion practices are not permitted in units housing specialized patient groups.
