Patient and Family Rights

Dear Patient and Families,

The purpose of healthcare services is to ensure that individuals and society live healthy, long lives and work productively.

The "Regulation on Patient Rights and Responsibilities" issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey has been prepared to concretely demonstrate "Patient Rights"—which reflect fundamental human rights within the field of healthcare and are recognized primarily in the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, other legislation, and international legal texts. It aims to regulate the procedures and principles ensuring that everyone can benefit from "Patient Rights" in a manner worthy of human dignity across all healthcare institutions and facilities (as well as in settings where healthcare is delivered outside traditional facilities), remain protected against rights violations, and actively utilize legal remedies when necessary.

As Private Medicabil Hospital, our goal—in line with our mission and vision and guided by our motto "Health First"—is to deliver high-quality, reliable healthcare services and provide you with a peaceful environment throughout your stay as our guest.
