Human Resources

In line with its vision, mission, and values, Private Medicabil Hospital creates opportunities aimed at providing an environment where employees can utilize their core competencies, continuously develop, and renew themselves. A modern performance management system—competency-based performance management targeted toward goals—is implemented. Our performance system aims to create a continuous process that coordinates the achievement of both parties' goals by aligning institutional objectives with individual targets. Additionally, both the level of goal achievement and the display of required behavioral traits in executing the work are evaluated. Another objective is to ensure the healthy progression of our employees along their career paths through objective measurement. Alongside performance evaluations, we measure our staff's satisfaction levels twice a year through a "Employee Satisfaction Survey." Evaluating competencies and satisfaction provides our employees with constructive and objective feedback.

Medicabil Academy Within Medicabil Hospital's human resources policies, our education system holds strategic importance. It aims to support employee development, foster motivation and job satisfaction, and achieve maximum patient satisfaction. Through training activities designed to rationally enhance service quality and build a productive staff structure within the Medicabil culture, our goals are:

  • To positively enhance relationships among staff members and between staff and patients,

  • To improve our staff's problem-solving, responsibility-taking, and initiative-taking skills,

  • To develop personal capabilities such as timely, accurate, and prompt decision-making, as well as the effective exercise of authority,

  • To contribute to boosting their self-confidence.

Our training system is structured in parallel with Medicabil Hospital's organizational framework. Newly joined employees participate in "Orientation" training, where the corporate culture possessed and expected by Medicabil is instilled. Subsequently, their growth is supported through training programs tailored to their career paths to enhance technical knowledge, skills, and personal development. As a learning organization rather than just an institution, Medicabil has assumed the mission of being a school that continuously develops its employees and stands as a pioneer in this field. Aware that remaining at the forefront of the sector is possible only through continuous development and learning, Medicabil Hospital aligns all its training plans accordingly. Every year, internship opportunities are provided to a designated number of senior students from Health Vocational High Schools. Furthermore, on specific days and topics during a designated week each month, seminars are held in the auditorium at 08:00 AM—attended by the majority of employees—featuring both internal and professional external speakers. You can access the seminar schedule here.
